3. Description of Offerings
3.1 Services
Our services include live workshops, coaching sessions, and consulting engagements delivered online or on-site. Each engagement has a defined scope, schedule, and fee structure.
3.2 Digital Products
Digital Products include downloadable presentations, recorded lectures, and course materials available for purchase and immediate access.
3.3 Merchandise
Merchandise consists of branded books, stationery, and other physical items available for purchase through our online store.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are listed in Canadian dollars. Payment options include credit card processing and electronic transfer. Access to services or products begins upon receipt of full payment. You are responsible for any processing fees imposed by your payment provider.
5. Refund Policy
We aim for complete satisfaction. Our refund terms vary by offering type:
5.1 Services
If you are unable to attend a scheduled service, you may request a reschedule at least 14 days before the original date, subject to availability. To request a refund instead of rescheduling, submit a refund request at least 30 days prior to the service date. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15 business days of approval. After the 30-day window, no refund will be issued, but you may transfer your seat to another participant at no additional charge.
5.2 Digital Products
Due to their intangible nature, digital products cannot be refunded once downloaded or accessed, except in cases of technical error on our part. If you experience download issues, please contact us within 7 days for assistance or issuance of an alternative delivery link. No refunds will be provided for change of mind or incomplete usage.
5.3 Merchandise
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if defective or damaged. To initiate a return, contact us with photos of the damage. Upon approval, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back. We will cover shipping costs for defective merchandise. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after we receive the returned item. Items returned for reasons other than defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs borne by you.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified by posting the revised policy on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
